Requirements. Please download and read Writing for Flathead Memo (PDF). Flathead Memo prefers that guest essayists provide links (citations) to the sources of the facts and arguments in their essays. That requires more work by guest essayists, but it strengthens their essays and earns credibility and trust with readers.
