Flathead River International Study The Cabin Creek Coal Mine issue was referred to the International Joint Commission, the bi-national commission, established by the Boundary Waters Treaty of 1909, that addresses Canadian-American transboundary water quality issues. Thus far, I've digitized these sections of the study's reports and appendices. |
